Wallwood was originally founded in 1998 offering forex eduction and training. Following an increase in regulatory scope managed accounts began traded on behalf of clients in January 2001.The 100% shareholder and trader of the company is Mario Kelly. The company has a trading system which resulted in good returns during a period from 2001 until mid 2008. Constant refinement has taken place and the Wallwood CRT system modification was introduced in April 2009.
Wallwood is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) in the USA and has Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulation in the UK, and through an EU passport the branch in Spain has Comision Nacional del Marcado de Valores (CNMV) regulation, allowing the company to advise and discretionary manage funds on Forex, Futures,CFD and Options .
